Compensation & Benefit Specialist

Job Summary:

· Plan, develop and evaluate compensation and benefit strategy for the whole company.
· Responsible to ensure the strategy and implementation of compensation and benefit program inline with HR and company’s strategy
· Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs.
· Research employee benefit and health and safety practices and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies.

Job Requirements:

· S1 for any discipline
· Minimum 3 years experience as compensation and benefit specialist, preferably in Information Technology industry.
· Good communication skill
· Enjoy working with numbers, concern for detail and accuracy
· Good knowledge of manpower regulation, reward concept, compensation and benefits, and methodology through market competitiveness align with business strategy

· Must have strong analytical skill and able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner
