HUMAN RESOURCE DEPT. HEAD
Responsibilities:
Develop Human Resource Strategies & Planning to achieve corporate business objectives.
Prepare & manage Man Power Planning & Budgeting, , career management
Develop and Manage Compensation, Benefits & Retention Program
Develop Performance Management system
Develop & maintain HR procedures and regulations
Developing & maintaining HRIS (HR Database)
Maintain & Develop General HR Management (Payroll & Administration)
Maintain a good Employee Relations
Qualifications:
Male or Female, age max 38 years old
Bachelor degree from Psychology, Law, Human Resources or other relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years experiences in Human Resources & Development
Experience in Competency Base Human Resources Management & Balance Scorecards is an advantages
Computer literate is a must
Experience in retail business will be an advantages
Proficient in English verbal and written is a must
Capable individual in planning, leadership and motivational skills
Have an excellent interpersonal & communication skill
Well understanding of Labor Law and its implementation
