Human Resource Supervisor; (HR-Spv)

General Qualification:
1. Min S1 degree in Law , HR Management or Psychology;
2. Min age 24 years old and Max 35 years old
3. Experienced min 3 years, especially in mining industry;
4. Have a good understanding of indonesia labour law and industrial relation;
5. Have a good knowledge of organization system and processes.
6. Have a good personality, strong leadership, trustable, and good analytical ;
7. Strong initiative, result and process oriented, self starter and able to work underpressure;
8. IT Literatur (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
9. Good English (Oral and written)
10. Willingness to working and traveling site;
11. Job Location in Balikpapan, Samarinda (Kalimantan) .
