We are now looking for high qualified candidate to join our team as “Recruitment Officer” :

Job Description :

*Identifying department’s manpower needs and make planning to support the department needs.
*Seeking and sourcing candidates as needed.
*Establishing network to campuses, headhunters, and practitioners of the same industry.
*Administering assessment of potential candidates and delivering the report.
*Arranging and conducting mass recruitment in campuses.
*Assisting new hire and ensure their first days and socialization process.
*Building good relationship with hiring managers.
*Reviewing assessment tools regularly.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor degree (S1) Psychology with minimum GPA.2.75 (scale of 4.00)
*Preferably single. Fresh or experienced are welcomed.
*Hands on psychological test tool.
*Willing to travel and like to meet new people.
*Willing to work at Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
*Willing to work long hours.
*Able to multitask.
*Good resilience and teamwork.
