Our company, a rapid growth national software development company with several sites around Indonesia, urgently seeks an energetic candidate to fill position as RECRUITMENT STAFF, with qualifications as follows:

Male, with 1-2 years experience as Recruitment staff
Preferably has education background from Psychology
Able to handle all administration tasks of selection & recruitment process
Experience in making relationship with external parties (job seeker websites, job fair, campus hiring, etc)

Having excellent communication skills, energetic, dynamics, able to work in under pressure situation, doesn’t have any issues with traveling around Indonesia
